INGCO PH TRADERS Inc. is seeking an Area Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores within the designated area. You will drive sales, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold company standards to deliver consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of Store Managers and teams, travel to assigned stores, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail environment. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in retail operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, supervisory or multi-store management.
• Strong background in sales, inventory, and people management.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to assigned stores.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the role

The Area Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring operational compliance, and leading store teams to deliver consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Store Operations

• Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate action plans.

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Coach store teams on conversion, upselling, and customer service.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and proper execution of cycle counts.
• Minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory discrepancies.

People Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and store personnel.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or multi-store management role
• Strong background in sales, inventory, and people management
