Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS Inc. is seeking an Area Store Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in a designated region in Pampanga, Philippines. You will ensure optimal inventory, timely replenishment, and achievement of sales targets while leading store teams.

You will conduct store visits, audits, manage staff scheduling and recruitment support, and drive KPI improvements. The role offers opportunities for promotion and paid training, with on-site parking and company events.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple stores and leading store teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations across multiple stores within the assigned area
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and retail standards are followed consistently
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
• Monitor inventory levels across all stores to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Plan and execute stock replenishment based on sales trends and forecasts
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams
• Ensure accurate stock records, stock transfers, and cycle counts
• Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs for each store
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and store staff

About the role
