Responsibilities

• Conduct sales analysis and recommend marketing strategies to improve store performance.
• Research and analyze competitors' technology and services for future implementation.
• Provide training to store personnel to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting, and handling inquiries courteously.
• Maintain vigilance over store areas to prevent incidents and ensure a comfortable environment for customers.
• Coordinate with head office support units on inventory, facilities maintenance, and equipment functionality.
• Submit weekly reports to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager on store concerns, inventory audits, and personnel updates.
• Process ticket redemption, monitor inventory of redemption items, and ensure prize availability.
• Perform store-in-charge duties including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.

About the role

The Store Supervisor will play a crucial role in enhancing store performance, optimizing customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new and existing store personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain efficient store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales analysis and recommend marketing strategies to improve store performance

• Research and analyze competitors' technology and services for future implementation

• Provide training to store personnel to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers sincerely, providing assistance, and handling inquiries courteously
