Job summary

A leading marketing firm based in Sorsogon City is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and manage customer relationships. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in people management within the FMCG industry, along with a graduate degree in business or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and leading a team to ensure successful market execution. A professional driver's license and ownership of a motor vehicle are also required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in people management in FMCG or related fields.
• Experience in General Trade and Modern Trade operations.
• Must hold a PROFESSIONAL driver's license.
• Must own a motor vehicle.
• Complete requirements including SSS, Philhealth, and NBI clearance.
• Complete requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, NBI or Police clearance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations and ensure achievement of targets.
• Analyze sales results and devise plans.
• Develop assigned territory and account plans.
• Monitor competitive activities.
• Conduct in-field coaching with the Sales team.
• Daily pre-take off meetings with Salesmen to assess performance and draw plans to meet goals.

Overseeing sales operations, ensuring target achievement, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzes sales result and draw out plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives
• Develops his assigned territory by planning to expand distribution in an effective and efficient process
• Develops growth strategies and plans in accordance to the Route to Market strategy of the convenience store.
• Develops account plans for his top accounts
• Monitors competitive activities to counteract initiatives
• Achieves availability growth targets and profitable sales volume through excellent market execution
• Develops monthly volume build to ensure achievement of objectives
• Conducts visit / business reviews in major accounts
• Continuously looks for market opportunities during field visits
• Leads team in implementing and monitoring of business programs and promotions
• Daily Pre-take Off meeting with Salesman to assess performance based on KPIs and draw out plans to achieve goals
• Conducts regular In-field Coaching with the Salesman

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of business courses or any equivalent field
• At least 2 years of experience in people management and working in FMCG industry or in a related field is required.
• Experience in General Trade and Modern Trade operations
• Must have a PROFESSIONAL driver's license (A and B restrictions or code)
• Must own a motor
• Complete requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, NBI or Police clearance, etc.
