A leading marketing and promotions company in Masbate City is seeking a full-time Sales Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, achieving targets, and leading the sales team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, plus at least 2 years of experience in people management within the FMCG industry. A professional driver's license and personal vehicle are required. This role is on-site in Masbate.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in people management and FMCG.
• Experience in General Trade and Modern Trade operations.
• Must have a professional driver’s license (A and B restrictions).
• Must have a professional driver’s license (A and B).
• Must own a motor vehicle.
• Complete requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, NBI/Police clearance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee sales operations and ensure target achievement.
• Develop account plans for top accounts.
• Lead team in implementing business programs and promotions.
• Develops account plans for top accounts.
• Monitors competitive activities to counteract initiatives.
• Achieves availability growth targets and profitable sales volume through market execution.
• Builds monthly volume targets to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Conducts visits and business reviews in major accounts.
• Continuously looks for market opportunities during field visits.
• Leads team in implementing and monitoring promotions and programs.
• Daily pre-take off meetings with salesmen to assess performance based on KPIs.
• Conducts regular in-field coaching with the salesman.

Job Description

Overseeing sales operations, ensuring target achievement, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales results and develops plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives.
• Develops assigned territory by planning to expand distribution efficiently.
• Develops growth strategies and plans in accordance with the Route to Market strategy of the convenience store.
• Develops account plans for top accounts.
• Monitors competitive activities to counteract initiatives.
