Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily sales operations, including client bookings, membership management, and revenue tracking
• Lead and motivate the sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and make informed business decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Ensure the studio\'s facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet safety and quality standards
• Provide training and support to the sales and operations teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise studio operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor\'s degree (Four year course) in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience for supervisory or management role preferably in Wellness Industry
• Analytical, has good problem solving, good conflict/ feedback management
• Positive and passionate attitude towards work
• Willingness to travel between studio locations within the assigned location as required
