Fit to Live is looking for a warm, high-energy, and proactive Client Experience & Sales Executive to be the face and heartbeat of the BGC space. You will be building genuine, lasting relationships with clients, guiding new inquiries toward the right programs, and helping the BGC community thrive. This is a long-term role where your personality is valued, your sales wins are rewarded, and you have a clear path to grow into management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every client with genuine warmth, learn their stories and goals, and make the space the highlight of their day
• Respond to social media, phone, and walk-in inquiries and confidently guide prospective clients to book their first session or package
• Manage client bookings, calendar coordination, and reminders so daily operations run smoothly
• Follow up with existing clients on their progress, recommend package renewals, and hit monthly studio growth targets
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and energized studio environment

About you

• High emotional intelligence, great energy, and ability to easily strike up a conversation with anyone
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, professional tone on the phone, in person, and over chat
• Sales-minded and organized with ability to hit targets and follow up on leads
• Detail-oriented enough to manage a busy booking calendar without dropping the ball
