FITNESS SALES & ADMIN CONSULTANT

LAKAZ Fitness Center

Be the driving force behind membership growth and operational excellence at LAKAZ Fitness Center. This role blends high-impact sales and social media marketing with front desk leadership and administrative precision—serving as the face of the brand and guiding members from first inquiry to long-term retention.

Responsibilities

Hit set monthly quota through leading and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives including flyering, corporate partnerships, community outreach, and referral programs. Manage the full sales funnel—from social media lead generation to in-person closing—converting inquiries into high-value memberships.

Oversee daily front-of-house activities, delivering a consistent, premium-level experience to all members and guests in line with LAKAZ’s brand standards.

• Social Media Marketing and Lead Management:

  Utilize Meta Business Suite and CRM tools to track, follow up, and nurture leads, ensuring no missed opportunities and a highly efficient pipeline from social media marketing campaigns.

  Optimize the onboarding process through digital tools such as WaiverForever and Picktime, creating a seamless and modern client experience.

• Brand Execution:

  Maintain and uphold the gym’s premium visual identity and overall facility standards, ensuring a clean, cohesive, and elevated environment.

Job Requirements

The right-fit candidate is a multi-functional sales leader with strong digital/social media marketing, client relations, and administrative operational background. Serve as LAKAZ's Brand Ambassador, displaying exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. Triple threat expertise in sales, marketing (SMM), and operational support (administrative). A bachelor's degree in related studies is preferred. This role will be based in San Antonio, Paranaque.
