Job Summary The Area Sales Personnel is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within the assigned North La Union territory. The position requires regular fieldwork, effective account management, market monitoring, and excellent customer service to support the company’s sales and business growth objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, account management, distribution, or related industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, highly motivated, and results-driven.
• Must be willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within North La Union.
• With a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Willing to work independently and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
