Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Hospitality/Business/Operations/Entrepreneurship).
• Experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income to identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
