Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field required.
• 1–2 years experience in food/manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities; ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income and identify opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by store personnel.
