Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to monitor all company and franchise outlets within the assigned area, ensuring sales targets, inventory control and quality management are consistently met.

You will train service crews, conduct monthly audits and evaluations, implement marketing initiatives, provide performance reports, coordinate with logistics and agency partners, and assist in opening new outlets as needed. The role requires field work and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
• At least 1 year of field work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible in monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility.
• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls and quality management of stores.
• Conduct quality management training to service crew.
• Performs monthly audit and quality, service, customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain all local and national marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
• Supports the opening of company owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supplies order, scheduled delivery and/or service maintenance.
• Coordinates with Agency partners regarding performance, concerns, and issue.

Qualifications:

• Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in or College Degree.
• Background in Business Administration/ Management.
• At least 1 year working experience. Willing to do field work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• With excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficient in English Communication (Written and Oral).
• Must be residing in the Western Visayas region.
