SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Area Sales Performance: Monitors and reviews sales performance of all stores under him/her to determine if targets are met, and to make recommendations to address shortfall in sales.


• Business Development: Analyzes market trends and preferences in order to strategically recommend potential areas for cart replacement


• Inventory Management and Monitoring: Checks, monitors, and validate inventory and / or stock levels to ensure adequate and timely supply


• Compliance to Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure staff compliance to company policies and procedures


• Manpower Productivity and Motivation: Provides motivation and refresher programs, as well as constructive performance reviews to develop effective, high performing team


• Reports and Documentation: Submit complete, accurate, and timely reports and other documentations as they may be required.
