Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, operations, or multi-branch management.
• Proven experience managing Store Managers and large sales teams; proven sales target management.
• Willing to travel regularly and familiarity with mall-based retail operations.

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple directly-operated retail stores

About the role

An experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and strategic growth of multiple retail stores across the Philippines. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing Store Managers, driving area sales performance, ensuring operational and visual standards, strengthening relationships with major mall groups, developing B2B opportunities, and providing market insights to support business growth. The successful candidate must be highly results-driven, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple locations and large teams with minimal supervision.
