Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Lead in Manila to oversee hub leads and area fleet leads across the region, ensuring hubs meet standards and procedures are enforced.

You will monitor KPIs, drive capacity planning, lead cross-functional initiatives, and implement new processes to improve SLA and performance. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in logistics with leadership and data analysis are required; Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
• Dispute resolution within and outside the team Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
• Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
• Implement new processes
• Lead a team that can effectively and efficiently grow
• Work effectively cross functionally
• Be able to conduct capacity planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
• At least 5 years experience in logistics. FMCG or 3PL experience is a plus.
