Job summary

The role will lead Branch HR Admins and ensure proper staffing, recruitment, employee management, compliance, training, and branch HR readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Branch HR Admins across assigned branches

• Lead area recruitment, manpower planning, and staffing activities

• Monitor business permits and DOH License to Operate (LTO) readiness

• Conduct regular branch visits, HR audits, and compliance monitoring

• Oversee employee records, training, engagement, and policy implementation

• Monitor attendance, turnover, manpower requirements, and workforce costs

• Support performance management and employee relations

• Monitor HR budgets, expenses, and cost control

• Identify HR deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and branch performance updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Relevant experience in HR management or HR operations

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations

• Able to manage multiple branches and HR priorities

• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel to assigned branches

• Healthcare or multi-branch HR experience is an advantage
