Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced Area HR Manager to oversee Human Resources and administrative operations across Regions I to III. The role will lead Branch HR Admins and ensure proper staffing, recruitment, employee management, compliance, training, and branch HR readiness.

The position is field-based, requiring travel to assigned branches and regular site visits. You will collaborate with senior operations leadership to implement HR policies, manage budgets and performance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in HR management or HR operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations.
• Willing to travel to assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Branch HR Admins across assigned branches.
• Lead area recruitment, manpower planning, and staffing activities.
• Monitor licenses and DOH LTO readiness.
• Conduct branch visits, HR audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee employee records, training, engagement, and policy implementation.
• Monitor attendance, turnover, manpower requirements, and costs.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Monitor HR budgets, expenses, and cost control.
• Identify HR deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and branch performance updates.
