Job summary

KNC Group of Companies is seeking an Area Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate multi-restaurant plans for sales growth and quality targets across existing restaurants. You will coach RMs, drive programs from Corporate and SBU, and prepare strategic business cases for systemic issues.

Responsibilities include deploying tactics, monitoring performance, conducting follow-through, and collaborating with the Area Manager on process improvements, customer experience, and new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or hospitality management.
• At least 6 years of store operations management experience in a QSR environment.
• Training in advanced profit management and financial analysis.
• Training in advanced store-marketing programs.
• Strong traits: customer focus, execution, decision making, business acumen, coaching, collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deploys multi-restaurant strategies and sets performance expectations for direct reports.
• Monitors multi-restaurant performance and implements action plans.
• Approves renovations and equipment replacements as needed.
• Provides guidance on customer experience issues and operational improvements.
• Drives sales initiatives and oversees marketing and product mix across stores.
