Job summary

Creative Cuisine Group in Cebu City is seeking an Area Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring sales targets, service quality, and SOP compliance.

You will lead dining and kitchen teams, review performance data, train staff, and collaborate with HR, while maintaining food safety and cost controls. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to drive improvements across 4–5 establishments.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in same field/position.
• Experience managing multiple store branches.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Well-versed in food safety and sanitation.
• Managed multiple restaurants, overseeing operations for 4 to 5 establishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, service, quality and cleanliness targets through training and leadership.
• Review financial statements and reports to measure performance and costs.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are followed across all restaurants.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Dining Supervisors on food quality and service.
• Lead Kitchen and Dining Supervisors to coordinate assignments and staffing.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Supervisors and staff with HR support.
• Conduct field visits to implement best practices.
