Job summary

KNC Group of Companies, a franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking an Area Manager to develop, implement and evaluate multi-restaurant plans for sales growth and quality targets across existing restaurants, aligned with unit strategies. The AM oversees programs from Corporate and SBU support units and coaches RMs for proper execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
• At least 6 years of store operations management experience in a QSR environment
• Training on advance-level profit management and financial analysis
• Training on advanced store-marketing programs

Responsibilities

• Deploys operational tactics based on multi-restaurant strategies; sets expectations with Direct Reports
• Monitors multi-restaurant performance
• Conducts action plan follow-through; approves the restaurant's EBAP
• Consults with Area Manager for issue resolution related to new product process or customer experience
• Develops sales-building initiatives for the retail trade area in all channels and products
• Oversees NBC and Marketing initiatives implementation
• Manages product mix vis-a-vis multi-area restaurant level strategy
• Monitors new product sales and extends store support; consults with Area Manager
• Audits FSC and GSC compliance and develops action plans
• Files for renovation requisition
• Recommends/approves equipment replacement requisitions
• Analyzes customer needs
• Approves process improvement recommendations at multi-restaurant level
• Provides guidance to RMs on AJ implementation; evaluates programs
• Monitors NPS target achievement
• Supports RMs on customer complaints resolution; analyzes trends
• Develops a Succession Plan for restaurant management
• Develops a Talent Supply Plan for all stores
• Conducts performance evaluation on rolled-up targets
• Checks completion of required courses and certifications
• Oversees implementation of general labor standards and OSH standards
