Job summary

Foodee Global Concepts seeks an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations. The role focuses on sales growth, operational excellence, brand consistency, and high guest satisfaction, with leadership responsibility for store leaders and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have a strong F&B background, proven multi-unit experience, and skills in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in F&B with at least 2–3 years in Area Manager or similar.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant locations and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and labor planning.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams; strong budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches within the area.
• Ensure policy and brand standards, food safety, and service excellence.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through KPIs and action plans.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and branch teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and Ops.
• Manage workforce planning, engagement, and development initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and support store openings/expansions.
