• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail or food operations management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Willing to travel frequently within NCR.
• With valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor operations and performance.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and store teams to meet targets.
• Ensure stores maintain brand standards in appearance and customer experience.
• Audit compliance with operational policies, accounting procedures, and HR guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and reporting processes.
• Address gaps and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Drive sales growth and cascade company strategies at branch level.
• Lead the seven operational focus areas: safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, service, cleanliness, and waste control.

Job Summary:

The Area Manager oversees the operations, performance, compliance, and profitability of assigned branches. The role monitors branch performance, coaches store teams, ensures compliance with company standards, drives sales and operational excellence, and implements company strategies. The Area Manager also handles employee relations and promotes a positive, high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations & Performance Management

• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor overall operations and team performance.

• Coach, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and store teams to ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.

• Ensure stores maintain brand standards in appearance and customer experience.

2. Compliance & Audit

• Audit and ensure compliance with company operational policies, accounting procedures, and HR guidelines.

• Monitor proper documentation, inventory management, cash handling, and reporting processes.

• Address gaps and implement corrective action plans when necessary

3. Sales & Strategic Execution

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned branches.

• Cascade and implement company strategies, promotions, and initiatives at the branch level.

• Analyze sales performance data and recommend action plans for continuous improvement.

4. Operational Excellence

• Lead and reinforce the company's seven (7) operational focus areas:

• Productivity & Availability

5. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Facilitate employee disciplinary procedures in accordance with the company Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit retail or food operations management.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Willing to travel frequently within NCR.
