Job summary

Maya is seeking a market development professional to lead growth initiatives across North & Central Luzon in the Philippines. The role involves market research, strategy development with marketing and sales, and building strong stakeholder relationships to drive market penetration.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in market development, strong analytics, and bilingual communication skills in English and Filipino. Willingness to relocate to La Union or Baguio is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in market development, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Philippines; ideally with a local network.
• Strong analytical, project management, and market analysis skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must reside or relocate to La Union or Baguio.
• Will handle the whole North & Central Luzon Regions.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and growth segments.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and sales to implement market entry strategies for the Philippines.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution.
• Training and Support: Provide training on new products, market strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on market developments and recommendations.
