About the role

Samba Bluewater Properties Corporation is looking for an experienced and highly capable Architectural Project Manager - Property Development to lead and oversee the architectural and development requirements of our growing property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the architectural team, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, while ensuring that projects are properly planned, designed, coordinated, and implemented. The position will be involved in the development of residential subdivisions, condominium projects, commercial developments, mixed-use developments, resort/hospitality projects, and other real estate developments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager overseeing architectural and development activities for assigned property development projects.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the architectural team and other project consultants.

• Assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and review the work of architects and design team members.

• Oversee architectural planning, conceptualization, design development, and preparation of project plans and drawings.

• Lead the development and review of master plans, site plans, architectural designs, unit layouts, building plans, and project concepts.

• Coordinate the design and technical requirements of subdivision, condominium, commercial, mixed-use, and resort projects.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEPF, landscape, interior design, and other technical consultants.

• Review architectural and technical plans to ensure consistency with the approved project concept, development requirements, and project objectives.

• Ensure compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines, zoning regulations, subdivision and condominium requirements, and other applicable government regulations.

• Coordinate with government agencies and assist in securing necessary permits, clearances, approvals, and development requirements.

About you

• Licensed Architect (PRC).

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in property development, real estate development, subdivision development, condominium development, commercial development, or mixed-use projects.

• Proven experience in project management and supervision of architects/design teams.

• Strong experience in site planning, master planning, architectural design, design coordination, and project implementation.

• Experience handling projects from concept/design development through construction and completion is highly preferred.

• Experience in condominium development is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines, local zoning regulations, subdivision development requirements, condominium requirements, and other applicable Philippine development regulations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.

• Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
