Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing architectural plans, applying building codes, coordinating with engineers and contractors, reviewing drawings, and helping with permits and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) preferred/required.
• Experience in architectural design and construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
