Job description

What you will be doing:

• Develop and manage a team of architects and other personnel involved in the design process.
• Work with clients throughout the design process to ensure that their needs are met.
• Work with engineers and other consultants to ensure that designs meet structural, environmental, and other requirements.
• Evaluating design proposals and providing feedback to help improve designs.
• Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction levels.
• Do site visits at on-going and potential Projects

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and licensed architect
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in construction company
• Good understanding in architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Having experience in project management and presenting designs proposals in client meetings
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and SketchUP.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Tatalon, Quezon City.
