Samba Bluewater Properties Corporation is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager - Property Development to lead architectural and development activities across its portfolio. You will supervise the architectural team, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are planned, designed, coordinated, and implemented as required.

Requirements include a PRC-licensed architect with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related

Qualifications

Licensed Architect with PRC certification and 5+ years in property development or related projects.
Strong project management and coordination of architects/design teams.
Deep knowledge of site/master planning and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee architectural and development activities for assigned projects.
Lead and coordinate architectural team and project consultants.
Assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and review design team work.
Oversee planning, conceptualization, and preparation of plans and drawings.
Lead master plans, site plans, building designs, and project concepts.
Coordinate subdivision, condominium, commercial, mixed-use, and resort projects.
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEPF, landscape, interior teams.
Review plans for compliance with project concept and requirements.
Ensure compliance with the National Building Code and local regulations.
Coordinate with government agencies to secure permits and approvals.
