Emapta Philippines in Cebu is hiring an Arbitration Specialist to convert insurance verification into actionable decisions for U.S. healthcare reimbursement.

You will verify payer data, follow up with insurers, and support dispute resolution workflows, gaining international exposure while advancing your career. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in insurance verification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Consistent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups with insurance companies to obtain required information.
• Perform thorough insurance verification using established processes.
• Enter, update, and maintain data with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently.
• Manage multiple assignments and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Apply healthcare terminology to insurance verification and documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written interactions.
• Organize and prioritize workloads, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
