Responsibilities

• Insurance Verification & Follow-Up: conduct follow-ups with insurance companies to obtain required information and perform thorough verification.
• Data Management & Administration: enter, update, and maintain accurate data with target typing speed and accuracy; manage multiple assignments.
• Communication: communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written interactions.

The Qualifications We Seek

Your Daily Tasks

Insurance Verification & Follow-Up

• Conduct follow-ups with insurance companies to obtain required information.
• Perform thorough insurance verification using established processes.
• Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently.
• Apply healthcare terminology accurately during insurance verification and documentation.

Data Management & Administration

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Manage multiple assignments and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organize and prioritize workloads while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Communication

• Communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written interactions.
