• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups with insurance companies to obtain required information.
• Perform thorough insurance verification using established processes.
• Enter, update, and maintain data with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Navigate and use multiple insurance portals efficiently.
• Manage multiple assignments and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Apply healthcare terminology accurately during insurance verification and documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written channels.
• Organize and prioritize workloads while demonstrating initiative and independence.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
