Job summary

Foundever® is seeking a customer service-focused associate in the Philippines (Pasig area) to handle inbound calls and educate clients on Paychex processes. The role emphasizes accurate routing of calls, knowledge of payroll and accounting concepts, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in financial services or BPO environments, with preference for experience in accounts receivable and payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Financial Services experience, preferably Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in Customer Service in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Experience in Payroll and Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly and transfer to the correct Paychex phone line.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal/external customers and educate clients on resolution pathways.
• Develop and maintain basic knowledge of Paychex products and related systems to guide resolution decisions.
• Research and resolve inbound calls from internal partners and clients and route to the appropriate team.
• Maintain daily call requirements based on key performance indicators.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures to ensure daily compliance.
• Evaluate client status, verify contact information, and follow training guidelines to minimize risk.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, NACHA and other regulatory standards.
