Job summary

Foundever is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Ayala, Philippines, onsite with a night shift, to support AR processes and Paychex-based workflows.

You will handle inbound calls, educate clients and internal partners on resolution pathways, and maintain knowledge of Paychex products to guide decisions. The role requires strong attention to compliance and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Financial Services experience, preferably Accounts Receivable.
• Customer Service experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Experience in Payroll and Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and transfer to appropriate Paychex numbers.
• Educate clients, branches, and product areas on resolution pathways.
• Develop knowledge of Paychex products and systems to resolve paths.
• Research inbound calls from partners and clients and route to the right team.
• Maintain daily call requirements per performance indicators.
• Follow department policies to ensure daily compliance.
• Assess client status, verify contact information, and follow guidelines to mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
