Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist in Metro Manila to manage billing, payments and customer queries. You will ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are allocated within SLA, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

The role involves data entry, reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement of AR processes, with 1–3 years of AR experience and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Knowledge of all areas of Account Receivable.
• Some understanding of other Financial Operations roles.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers to provide excellent service.
• Resolve billing and debt queries promptly and inform customers of delays if any.
• Apply all payments to customer accounts within SLA.
• Enter billing forms daily with accuracy and minimal carryovers.
• Support AR and Group Finance in deadlines and objectives.
• Participate in systems projects related to Billing and Credit to add value.
• Continuously improve AR practices and recommend enhancements.
