Job summary

The role focuses on delivering professional customer service to internal and external clients while maintaining accurate records in the billing system.

You will work with the Accounts Receivable and Group Finance teams to meet SLA targets, support system enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Knowledge of all areas of accounts receivable.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Understanding of other financial operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communications with internal and external customers.
• Resolve billing and debt queries within SLA and inform customers of delays as needed.
• Allocate payments to customer accounts daily and ensure timely posting.
• Enter manual billing forms into the billing system daily with accuracy.
• Participate in systems projects relating to billing and credit systems to add value.
• Support the Accounts Receivable and Group Finance teams to meet deadlines.
