Job summary

Canon Business Process Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing queries, payment allocations, and data entry with accuracy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes timely responses to external and internal customers and adherence to SLAs. You will support cross-functional finance teams, participate in system projects, and contribute to continuous improvement within the end-to-end revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Knowledge of all areas of Accounts Receivable.
• Some understanding of other Financial Operations roles.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional internal and external relationships to ensure excellent service.
• Resolve billing and debt queries promptly and inform customers of delays when needed.
• Allocate payments and ensure they are posted to customer accounts within SLA.
• Enter billing data daily with accuracy and minimal rework.
• Coordinate with ASM / DPM functions and related systems.
• Participate in projects and system enhancements related to billing and revenue.
• Support the Accounts Receivable and Group Finance teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify improvements and drive continuous process enhancements.
