Job summary

Canon New Zealand in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing, payment allocation, and customer inquiries. You will uphold professional communication with internal and external customers and ensure timely resolution of queries within SLAs.

You will handle data entry, participate in system and process improvements, and work with the AR and Group Finance teams to meet deadlines, while developing skills through ongoing personal development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
• Knowledge of all areas of Account Receivable
• Some understanding of other Financial Operations roles
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Resolve billing and debt queries within SLAs and inform customers of delays.
• Apply payments to customer accounts within SLA.
• Perform daily data entry of billing forms into the system.
• Coordinate Automatic Stamping Machines & Digital Postage Meters.
• Participate in systems and business projects related to Billing and Credit.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Group Finance team to meet deadlines.
• Pursue continuous improvement in AR processes and training.
