Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer relationships, resolve billing queries, and ensure accurate and timely payment allocations. The role involves project participation, data entry, and continuous process improvement within the Finance team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AR experience, solid MS Office skills, and a proven ability to lead and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Experience leading a team.
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office)

• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers to support excellent service.
• Resolve billing and debt queries efficiently and inform customers of delays.
• Ensure payments are allocated to customer accounts within SLA.
• Enter manual billing forms daily with accuracy in the billing system.
• Participate in systems projects and process improvements to support AR goals.
• Assist the Manager and Finance team to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Keep Accounts Receivable practices up to date and identify training needs.
• Identify and eliminate inefficient work practices and drive continuous improvement.
