Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the order to cash/AR process and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for assigned entities in the Philippines. You will review staff work, coach the team, and drive timely outputs while maintaining strong control environments.

You will oversee month-end close activities, manage journal entries, and support US consolidation. Collaboration with local and international teams and access to Oracle GL will be part of daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college/university.
• Minimum of 5 years combined work experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Must have supervisory experience or an experienced accountant with strong leadership potential.
• Skilled in using any accounting software/application (e.g., Excel, ERP).
• Fluent in English - as used in effective verbal and written communications.
• Exposure to Oracle, Salesforce or any billing and collections tool is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs reporting and support functions in accounting and AR.
• Handles tasks in support of month-end closing including AR adjustments.
• Ensures accuracy in journal entries and closing calendars.
• Utilizes Oracle GL module for accounting and reporting needs.
• Maintains understanding of company operations and business rationale.
• Coordinates with multiple departments and countries to validate information.
• Maintains controls to ensure validity and accuracy of accounting data.
