Global Payments is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the AR and general accounting functions for assigned entities. The role requires reviewing staff work, coaching, and ensuring timely output while supporting month-end close and statutory compliance.

The candidate will utilize Oracle GL, coordinate across teams in the Philippines and overseas, and maintain audit trails while upholding internal controls and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college/university.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined work experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Must have supervisory experience or strong leadership potential.
• Skilled in using accounting software/applications (e.g., Oracle).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English—spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Performs reporting and support functions.
• Reviews high volume accounts receivable transactions and supports month-end closing.
• Utilizes Oracle GL for accounting and reporting needs.
• Prepares monthly P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinates with other departments and colleagues across countries.
• Ensures controls are in place for validity and accuracy of accounting data.
• Supports statutory/regulatory compliance and audits.
