Netforce International in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations, including GL, payables/receivables, and bank reconciliations. You will participate in audits, payroll, and month-end closings while preparing budgeting reports and forecasts.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory accounting experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting supervisor experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills for spreadsheets, charts and formulas.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large data sets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
• Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company targets
• Ensure compliance with law
