HUGO BOSS seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage posting, clearing, and reconciliation for USA and Canada. You will handle chargebacks, disputes, and customer communications to ensure timely payment and accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in AR, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. This role offers a robust benefits package and a supportive, global work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day posting and clearing of assigned accounts.
• Create and code chargebacks as necessary on assigned accounts.
• Reconcile accounts to customer remittances.
• Dispute and chargeback reconciliation.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Develop relationships with internal/external customers to resolve inquiries.
• Perform GL postings and allocations as needed.
