Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day posting and clearing of assigned accounts.
• Create and code chargebacks as necessary on assigned accounts.
• Reconcile accounts to customer remittances.
• Dispute and chargeback reconciliation.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Develop relationships with internal/external customers to resolve inquiries.
• Perform GL postings and allocations as needed.
