Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to support clients in the US, UK, and Canada from Eastwood. The role is hybrid—primarily home-based with occasional office attendance for monthly meetings and events.

You will record daily cash receipts, perform reconciliations, prepare AR aging and related reports, and follow up on past-due accounts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AR, experience with Xero or NetSuite, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably with international clients.
• Experience with US/UK/Canada clients is highly preferred.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite or other ERP is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work night shift aligned with supported regions.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement in Eastwood.

Responsibilities

• Support AR for US, UK, and Canada clients.
• Record and apply daily cash receipts; reconcile AR balances.
• Monitor AR and related accounts; ensure accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Prepare AR aging, sales journals, and bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone.
• Prepare monthly invoices and related billings; assist with client requests.
• Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and automation.
• Maintain documentation and comply with finance policies; own assigned projects.
