iSupport Worldwide is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who owns the full cash-in cycle from invoice to resolution and serves as the primary AR contact for customer inquiries. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely payments and accurate reconciliations.

The role requires 4+ years of AR experience, US business hours for a US-based client, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of accounts receivable experience in a corporate or SaaS environment
• Strong accounting background with AR, cash application, and reconciliation knowledge
• Experience working US business hours for a US-based client
• Strong written and verbal English communication with professionalism in customer-facing collections
• High attention to detail and accuracy in cash application and financial records
• Ability to manage a large customer portfolio and prioritize high-volume queue against targets

Aufgaben

• Post daily cash receipts within 24 hours of receipt across multiple payment types
• Attach remittance docs to payments in NetSuite
• Reconcile Stripe activity daily and resolve failed payments
• Investigate unapplied or misapplied cash and short-pay situations
• Maintain AR Suspense account with notes on unresolved items
• Own AR aging across all customer segments and manage 30+ day past-due collections
• Escalate 60+ day accounts for suspension/cancellation with Subscription team
• Serve as AR point of contact for customers with questions or disputes
• Document all customer interactions in NetSuite and escalate high-risk balances
• Prepare weekly AR aging summaries and track DSO and CEI
