SoftwareOne is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Philippines to manage collections, billing support, reconciliations, and customer account activities. You will help improve working capital while delivering excellent customer experiences across APAC.

You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely collections, accurate billing, and adherence to credit policies with a regional impact.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, billing, customer account management, or finance operations.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing accounts receivable activities and customer account reviews to support timely payments.
• Outreach to customers, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships per credit policy.
• Billing validations, invoice reviews, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborating with customers, Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve inquiries.
• Supporting APAC finance activities with reporting, forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• Assisting with month-end activities, audits, and process improvements.

At SoftwareOne, our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer success. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, billing support, reconciliations, and customer account activities while helping improve working capital performance across the region.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including collections, billing validation, reconciliations, customer account management, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with customers, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, you will help ensure timely collections, accurate billing, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing accounts receivable activities, collections, and customer account reviews to support timely payment collection and reduce aged receivables.
• Conducting customer outreach, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining positive customer relationships while adhering to company credit policies.
• Performing billing validations, invoice reviews, customer account reconciliations, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Collaborating with customers, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve invoicing, payment, and account-related inquiries.
• Supporting APAC finance activities through reporting, collection forecasting, regional collaboration, and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with month-end activities, audit requirements, compliance documentation, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, billing, customer account management, or finance operations.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with confidence in customer-facing discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar finance platforms.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across regional and multicultural teams.
