The role includes supervising the billing team, preparing AR aging reports, monitoring overdue accounts, coordinating with tax authorities, and driving process improvements to optimize cash flow and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required or preferred CPA designation
• 2+ years managerial experience in billing/collections or AR for real estate/auditing firms
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, AR management, taxation, and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing and collection processes across assigned subsidiaries
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly AR aging reports
• Ensure accuracy of AR balances and financial reports
• Monitor overdue accounts and drive timely collections
• Oversee preparation of invoices, payment requests, and pre-qualification assessments
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and other dues
• Maintain compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Supervise the billing and collections team and drive process improvements
