Job summary

Q-Mark Pet Products is hiring an Accounts Receivable Assistant in Manila to support the finance team with day-to-day AR tasks. The role focuses on accurately recording customer payments, generating aging reports, and preparing monthly SOAs for customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and accurately record customer payments, discounts, and withholding taxes.
• Generate AR Aging Reports to monitor outstanding balances and collections.
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) for customers.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing accounting records in preparation for system migration.
• Support the updating and monthly reconciliation and closing of customer accounts.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
