Qualifications

We're counting on someone who's comfortable on the phone, handles objections smoothly, and gets fired up by hitting booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call home service businesses from a lead database we provide
• Book qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner
• Stay consistent with the call scripts and objection-handling prompts provided
• Note call details, outcomes, and callback times accurately in the lead platform
• Work through assigned call lists efficiently while keeping up daily call volume
• Handle high-volume outbound calling through an integrated dialer system
• Feed prospect feedback and recurring objections back to the team
• Keep tidy records that support performance tracking and reporting

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation and a strong phone presence
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms
