vamasters, Inc. is seeking a confident Appointment Setter and Sales Closer to phone leads, qualify prospects, and close website design package sales. You’ll work in our CRM, guiding interested leads through the offer and arranging the next steps.

Ideal candidates have proven outbound sales results, excellent English, and a real drive to turn conversations into customers. This role offers direct impact and training with the owner in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsabilités

• Phone leads in CRM and introduce website design packages.

Job Summary

Sign on with us as a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter and Sales Closer who phones leads, qualifies prospects, and closes sales for our website design packages. Working right in our CRM, you’ll contact interested leads, walk them through our offer, and either close the sale or set up the next conversation. You’ll feel at home in this role if you have a proven outbound sales record, excellent English, and a real drive to turn conversations into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and how our offer fits
• Present our packages with clarity and confidence and handle objections professionally
• Close sales with qualified prospects
• Set appointments and follow-up calls for prospects who need more time to decide
• Stay in steady contact with warm leads to move them along the pipeline
• Choose new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead status changes accurately in the CRM
• Work from the provided scripts and sales training, and report what’s working

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing with a history of closing deals
• Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence
• Ability to pitch persuasively and overcome objections
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and calling/dialer software
• Results-driven and resilient, able to stay motivated through rejection
