Ideal candidates are comfortable on the phone, handle objections professionally, and are motivated by hitting targets. We provide scripts, systems, and room to grow as the team expands.

Formación

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation and a strong phone presence.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms.
• Experience with a cloud-based dialer system.
• Detail-driven, accountable, and self-directed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts and processes accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Cold call home service businesses from a provided lead database

Mandatory Skills
