Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an Applications Support Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of our enterprise applications. You will lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and usability of critical business systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and 5–8 years of industry experience, including informal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of industry experience.
• Informal management/ team lead experience.
• Experience in a leadership role within application support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, troubleshooting methodologies, incident management, and change management.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers; vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: lead and mentor a team of application support specialists.
• Application Support: oversee day-to-day support for enterprise applications and incident resolution.
• System Maintenance and Optimization: identify improvements and optimize system stability and scalability.
